Our preferred gear

We build on Ubiquiti UniFi infrastructure when possible — it strikes the right balance of enterprise capability and manageable cost for small environments. That said, if you already have gear or prefer a different platform, we'll work with what you have.

VoIP

Ready to ditch the old phone system — or just need a professional setup for a small office or home workspace? We deploy and support Voice over IP systems that are cost-effective, flexible, and built around how you actually use the phone.

Hardware

We typically deploy Yealink, Sangoma, or ClearlyIP desk phones — proven, reliable handsets that work well with open SIP platforms. If you have a preference or existing hardware, we'll accommodate that too.

Remote Support

Not every problem requires a house call. For software issues, configuration changes, and general troubleshooting, we can connect to your computer remotely and resolve things in real time — with your permission and visibility the entire session.

How it works

  • Secure, consent-based remote sessions using TeamViewer or Microsoft Remote Help
  • You stay in control — you can see everything happening on screen and disconnect at any time
  • Available for both existing clients and standalone one-time requests
  • Best suited for desktops and laptops — for server work, we prefer on-site visits when possible
